How to Make an HSA Contribution

It's easy to contribute to your First Horizon HSA. Contributions can be made as often as you'd like, in whatever amount you choose. You can make your full annual contribution all at once, or spread it out throughout the year.

If you contribute to an HSA under a plan offered through your employer, you may be eligible to have contributions withdrawn directly (pre-tax) from your paycheck. Ask your employer for details.

If you do not make contributions through pre-tax payroll deduction, there are two ways to contribute to your First Horizon HSA.

  • Mail a check to First Horizon Msaver: Send your contribution by mail to First Horizon Msaver, using a Mail-In Deposit Form.

  • Make automatic contributions to your HSA: Arrange to have funds withdrawn directly from your personal checking or savings account and deposited to your HSA on a specific day each month. You can set up automatic contributions when you open your HSA online, or you can set them up at any time by completing an ACH Authorization Form.
