Because we are All Things Financial®, it is no wonder that in April 2005, MSAver Resources, one of the pioneers in consumer-directed healthcare, was invited to become a member of this family. Since 1997, MSAver has established a national reputation for its service-oriented business model and product innovation -- attributes that fit well with the First Horizon way of doing business.

Now operating as First Horizon Msaver, we continue to lead the industry with first-to-market innovations like a process that enables customers to open and initially fund new HSA accounts in a single online session, and our Employer Portal which makes it easy for employers to add contributions to their employee accounts throughout the year. We have even added a mutual fund investment option with an automatic "sweep" feature.

These innovations are not just for the sake of bringing something new to the market. They are all "consumer driven" - engineered to solve problems that consumers encounter when they attempt to take more control of their healthcare by enrolling in a high deductible health plan and opening an HSA.
