LYNDEN KENDRICK NAMED VP BROKER DEVELOPMENT

Overland Park, KS, May 14, 2007 - First Horizon Msaver, Inc., a leading administrator of Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) announced today that Lynden Kendrick was named VP of Broker Development. In this role, Kendrick will be responsible for developing and presenting training sessions dealing with consumer-driven healthcare and Health Savings Accounts to licensed health insurance agents throughout the country. He will also write articles and speak on the subject.

Kendrick who joined First Horizon Msaver in January 2006, is the Past President of the Utah Association of Health Underwriters, and has authored several articles on health care, Section 125 plans and employee benefits. He has been a guest speaker at many insurance broker conventions and luncheons.

First Horizon Msaver currently has course material approved for two (2) hours of continuing education credit in 19 states: AZ, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, KS, MS, NE, NV, OH, OK, SD, TN, TX, UT, WA, and WI. Continuing Education classes are expected to be approved in 10 to 15 additional states.

First Horizon Msaver currently works with over 30 health plans and third party administrators to administer health savings accounts (HSAs) for their customers who select HSA-qualified health plans. HSA-qualified health plans give all types of employees more control over their healthcare expenses by combining a lower-premium health plan with a health savings account. The HSA is an account that an employee uses to set aside funds on a pre-tax or tax-deductible basis to pay for routine healthcare such as office visits, prescription drugs or lab tests. Money that isn't spent during the year rolls over to cover future healthcare expenses.
