Setting Up an Account

Setting up a First Horizon Health Savings Account is simple. Just follow these 5 easy steps:

If you have questions, Refer to the Rockwell Collins HR Service Center (1-866-295-HRHR)

Step 1: Enroll in a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP)

To have an HSA, you must first have a qualified high deductible health plan (HDHP) in place.

If you do not already have one, contact our affiliate, First Horizon Insurance Services, Inc. ("FHIS"), for information about qualified plans available through several highly rated insurance companies. Call FHIS at 866-889-8583 or click here for a quote from FHIS.

Step 2: Open your Health Savings Account (HSA)

Signing up for a HDHP does not automatically open your HSA. You may open an HSA through First Horizon Msaver, Inc. by completing the paper enrollment application or by enrolling online now.

Step 3: Your HSA Account Opens

Provided all needed information is complete, your HSA will be established within 2 business days after your application is approved. You will receive your welcome kit within 10 business days of your account opening, providing you with additional information. Your debit cards will come under seperate cover.

Step 4: Using your HSA Account

HSAs were developed to give you control of your healthcare and healthcare dollars. To use your HSA, use your debit card for immediate disbursements for eligible medical expenses. You may also receive reimbursements for any qualified out-of-pocket costs by submitting a distribution request to First Horizon Msaver, Inc.
